Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, simply contact us at 3ecomshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo — we'll refund or reship at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
